A WORD FROM THE PASTOR

I recollect the soft spoken older gentleman, a dear family friend, who was preaching the day I committed my life to the Lord Jesus. I was ten years old. So many things I did not understand yet I remember the peace that swept over me in that moment as I made the greatest decision of my life.

May the Lord Jesus Bless You,

Brother Nathaniel Sias, Pastor of Capstone Fellowship

By age 12, I had been a passenger in 7 car accidents. At age 15, I was a passenger in yet another major car accident with 2 other teens. For years, I choked with terror each time I was a passenger in a car, reliving the moments of crunching steel and hot flashes of arriving pain. As I walked away from that last car accident, limping to a nearby house where a gracious family invited us in, I felt a knot in my stomach and nausea that would be part of my life for more than 10 years. After being rushed by ambulance to the hospital, with my arms strapped to a bed along in a hallway, for no apparent reason, a ceiling tile fell on me.

I recall the questions tumbling through my mind, more feelings than thoughts, and my struggle to understand "why".

These blessings in disguise, oh so well disguised at the time, were just a few of the lessons I have been blessed with over the years. I've had asthma, vision problems, heartbreak, financial problems, the list goes on.

But through Jesus Christ, today I am free of nausea, free of stomach pain, free of asthma and I have the ability to see 20/20. I’m married to my dearest friend, Charity, and together, we’re raising our four beloved children.

In 2023, I walked away from a blossoming career in corporate IT leadership to pastor and preach the Truth of Jesus Christ full time.

The more wicked the world in which we live, the greater Christ Jesus makes Himself known. We are daily watching Him and overcoming with Truth that will not fade, strength that will not fail and a Kingdom that shall remain when all other kingdoms cease. It is my greatest honor to be a citizen of that Kingdom and to serve the family of God.
